On September 11th, 2017 Warren Waugh of Lyon-Waugh Auto Group made a donation of $100,000 to support the Peabody Education Foundation.
Warren Waugh has made substantial contributions to the City of Peabody. In 2016, we awarded Warren with the George Peabody Legacy Award for his philanthropic support of the Peabody Public Schools. With Warren’s support, we are able to make sure that our mission is carried on for many years to come.
Our goal is to use these funds to enhance the quality of our Best Bet program along with the other programs offered through the PEF.
Not only did Warren donate to the students of Peabody, he donated to the police force as well. Lyon-Waugh Auto Group gifted the Peabody Police Department two gorgeous BMW i3 vehicles to be used in and around the city of Peabody. We can not thank him enough for all that he does for our city!!!
