This year, The Peabody Education Foundation received the largest amount of Best Bet grant applications to date. Last year, we received 53 applications, this year we received nearly 70 grant applications from teachers and faculty throughout the Peabody school district. We are proud to share that we will be funding 44 of those programs for the 2017-2018 school year totaling more than $32,000! Some of these programs include a trip to the New England Aquarium for the Carroll School, A Guided Discovery of Electromagnetism for the McCarthy School, Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride for the Welch School and more.
